• We carry out all damp proofing works.
• We undertake cavity wall ties, tie bars, structural repair bars, to eliminate cracking and distortion in property, particularly important in mortgage application situations.
• We therefore are in close contact with most Estate Agents and Mortgage Lending Companies, if in need of a quotation for any works following a mortgage valuation survey, a full report will be given, free of charge.  Any works carried out will have full Building Control approval.
• Any works will have relevant certificates and or full underwritten guarantee.
